We’re hiring a Low Voltage Estimator to support project bids for U.S.-based clients. You’ll analyze drawings and specifications, develop accurate material and labor cost estimates for structural cabling, voice/data, access control, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems. Your estimates will shape project budgets and proposals.

This is a full-time hybrid role in Kosovo, Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM CET.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Able to read and understand CAD drawings with low-voltage blueprints.
• Prepare detailed, accurate material, labor, equipment, subcontract, construction facilities, etc., estimates.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conference calls.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review, and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Prepare project bid status reports and ensure compliance with all specifications and contract Statements of Work and Bid Invitations.
• Present cost estimates to meet customer proposals, providing consideration for general and special conditions.
• Prepare scope specifications and requirements, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare cost summary sheets, and input quantities into estimating software.
• Maintain an accurate, current database of cost codes of accounts for historical data. Review Company jobs and compare on a timely basis to as-sold estimates to confirm the accuracy of the estimate.
• Utilize the appropriate company and industry historical data for pricing estimates

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years’ experience estimating low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, data/voice or related)
• Proficiency in quantity take-off tools (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and estimating software
• Strong Excel skills for cost modeling and analysis
• Excellent English communication—written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in BPO or fast-paced outsourced environments is a plus
